All classes are 18+ due to insurance. .
Our studio will open for group classes from 17th May 2021!
One-off classes and guest instructors held periodically, the best way to keep updated is to follow our Instagram page
We also have on-demand stretch and conditioning classes available to purchase on our website, suitable for all levels!

All classes must be payed for in advance on the booking system, and we run a 48 hour class rebook policy. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class, you will not recieve a refund.
Please remember these are loose ‘levels’ so unless you are a complete beginner, you will probably be quite happy across two levels. This allows a little more freedom in choosing your classes, and yes, you can come for two classes in a row if you like!
'Rockstar' - back to basics and beginners.
'Jade' - For those a little in the air.
'Phoenix' - For those who can invert confidently and want to rise from the ashes!
Please bring to class:
Shorts and a sleeveless top is best (leggings and sleeved tops are acceptable but may restrict your ability to grip in some moves).
A bottle of water to drink.
An open mind and the mindset to have fun!
