Down to the Ground - Stretch Intensive online course
This on-demand, online course covers everything you need to know to make real progress in getting those front splits! You do not need to stretch 5x a week for 2 hours at a time to improve your flexibility -you just need to know which exercises to do, and do them consistently! Just once a week is enough to maintain ;)
There are two main reasons I have always wanted to put together this course.
1.) I was the least flexible person before i started training. Before I started pole, i couldn't straighten my leg out in front of me at hip height - even passively! I almost certainly couldn't touch my toes. I have now had a consistent split on one side (excluding injury) for several years now. The only reason i don't have the other side is because I'm naughty and don't do my physio or train them often enough.
2.) Im a massive anatomy and physiology geek. I am OBSESSED with finding out how bodies work, how you train them and the physical changes training does to alter the way your body moves. I am a Les Mills BodyBalance instructor (a gym class fusion of yoga and pilates), I took Bendy Kates Advanced Stretching Instructor Training course in 2020 and am now a Level 3 Sports Massage therapist.

Please note - these videos can be repeated as classes in their own right - but it is always best to use these videos more of a guide to all the exercises available to you, which you can pick and choose which exercises you need/suit you best/you enjoy! We suggest maybe doing the classes through once or twice so you become familiar with the exercises, then using the PDF guides to help build your own programme. When used as a guide, creating your own training by increasing reps and sets, there is easily 6 hours worth of work to be done in these classes.

1x 40 minutes private class with Sarah to work on your splits!
This can be either:
- 40 min private stretching class - in studio or online
- 40 min postural/movement/strength assessment and sports massage for the splits
- a 20 minute goal setting and assessment session, then Sarah will email you a personal, written just for you splits programme to follow using exercises in the video classes.
