As a studio owner, I'm always being asked by students what can be done outside of the studio to give them the best chance at making the most of their time in the pole studio.
This guide contains what I have found to be the most beneficial (and interesting!) exercises to build yourself a gym programme specific to pole goals. This guide has been designed to tell you everything you need to know, if you've never set foot in a gym before.
It includes text explanations and videos of each exercise, with captions and voiceover, all accessed through a google drive link that is yours to keep forever.
